This much we know: the beginning of the end of this season’s “The Amazing Race” will be a scramble to get from Palma, Mallorca, Spain, back to the U.S. As always, the itinerary for the very final dash will be a surprise. The season finale airs Sunday ((Dec. 9)) on CBS, with the $1 million prize in the balance.
So far in this 21st season, which began with 11 two-person teams, it’s been a tight race with sets of twins, dating divorcees, Chippendales and life partners battling around the world from Shanghai to Bangladesh, Istanbul, Moscow, Amsterdam and beyond.
